Production Supervisor Role Overview:
Systems Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Test Technician to participate in the construction, wiring, and testing of industrial electrical and electronic systems. You will work from engineering blueprints and technical documents to evaluate industrial control panel wiring for errors and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Tests:
Ensure products meet engineering requirements and function satisfactorily.
Document Results:
Analyze, record, and prepare written testing documentation.
Troubleshoot:
Identify and correct machine and process malfunctions.
Optimize Processes:
Implement manufacturing improvements for quality and throughput.
Equipment & Supplies:
Install new machinery and maintain necessary production supplies.
Safety:
Strictly comply with industry safety requirements and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years testing electromechanical control panels, high/low voltage, PLCs, NEC Codes, and UL 508.
Education:
A.S. Degree in engineering science or equivalent experience.
Certification:
Electrical Testing Technician Certification required.
Skills:
Proficient in reading electrical/mechanical schematics, MS Office, and pump station principles.
Leadership:
Prior supervisory experience and a track record of meeting department goals.
Capability:
Willingness to perform hands-on assembly and manage multiple projects. .
