Hardware Test Technician
Job Description
Job Description A client of Insight Global is seeking a Hardware Test Technician to support the NPI (New Product Introduction) Pilot Line team. This group serves as the bridge between design engineering and high-volume manufacturing, supporting EV/DV validation efforts across hardware, software, and mechanical teams. Skills and Requirements 2+ years of hardware test technician, electronics technician, or related experienceStrong PCBA troubleshooting and debugging skillsAbility to identify board-level failures and perform root cause analysisExperience using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test equipmentAbility to read and interpret basic schematicsStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (equipment is approximately 38 lbs)Able to work onsite 5 days/week in San JoseRework and soldering experience We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
