Job Description

Our client, a leading aerospace and electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. As a Test Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Support Department supporting the Engineering and Production teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and verification of electronic and mechanical systems, focusing on the Master Clock Computer (MMC) product line Conduct functional tests at various stages including board-level, subsystem, and full system levels (Digital, Analog, RF) Analyze test data, document results, and identify malfunctions to ensure product quality and compliance Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical issues and improve testing processes Operate test equipment and software within a Windows-based environment, maintaining safety and quality standards What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent required Technical certification in electronics or related field preferred (e.g., IPC, MIL-STD, vocational training) 3-5 years of hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting electronic or electro-mechanical systems in a manufacturing or aerospace/defense environment Proven ability to use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers Strong reading and interpretation skills for schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions What's in it for me?
