  • Must be a U.S. Citizen Education & Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2-4 years of work-related experience
  • Ability to fabricate wire harnesses, test boxes, and associated laboratory test equipment
  • Strong electronic and electrical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with electronic and electrical fabrication
  • Previous experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical and general fabrication skills
  • Hands-on experience working with, fabricating, and terminating military wiring harnesses and connectors
  • Work from schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
  • Construct aircraft wiring harnesses from electrical schematics
  • Route wiring harnesses in large electronics racks and terminate to rear disconnect panels
  • Mount components and hardware in electronic racks
  • Perform duties involving electronic, mechanical, and electromechanical systems
  • Construct and troubleshoot aircraft systems
  • Perform adjustments, modifications, and component replacements as directed
  • Fabricate, install, diagnose, and repair equipment and test installations supporting System Integration Laboratory test facilities
  • Fabricate wire harnesses, test boxes, and associated laboratory test equipment
  • Support integration and testing activities with limited guidance using engineering drawings and electrical/electronic schematics Physical Requirements & Environment
