Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Testing Operator to join our Quality team. In this role, you will perform electrical and functional testing on cable and wire harness assemblies used in aerospace, defense, and advanced technology applications. You'll help ensure products meet quality standards, customer specifications, and industry requirements while working closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams. What You'll Do Perform electrical and functional testing on cable and wire harness assemblies Test for continuity, isolation, DWV, and insulation resistance using automated and manual test equipment Identify defects such as shorts, opens, miswires, and continuity issues Troubleshoot failures and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues Operate testing equipment and run established test programs Use electrical testing tools such as multimeters, hi-pot testers, Fluke meters, and continuity testers Maintain accurate test records and communicate results Ensure products meet IPC and customer quality standards Follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience testing cable assemblies or wire harnesses in a manufacturing environment J-STD Certification

Certification Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation Experience using electrical testing and troubleshooting equipment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting High school diploma or equivalent Additional Requirements Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to pass visual acuity and manual dexterity requirements Comfortable working with small parts and under a microscope when required Able to lift and handle cable assemblies of varying sizes and weights Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong commitment to quality and safety ITAR Requirement Due to government regulations, applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee).
