Responsibilities Test and validate electrical control panels in a manufacturing environment Read and follow electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings Perform visual inspections and verify point-to-point wiring Assist with troubleshooting and identifying wiring or component issues Support basic panel power-up and testing, including systems up to 480 VAC, 3-phase Perform basic program downloads and connect devices such as motors, sensors, and switches Participate in system testing to verify proper functionality Document test results and assist with redlining engineering drawings Provide general support to manufacturing and test teams Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology or equivalent technical training preferred 3-5 years of experience testing electrical panels Experience with point-to-point wiring Familiarity with UL standards Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering drawings Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move materials up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods during testing Work Environment Manufacturing and electrical test environment Regular exposure to electrical components and systems
