Shift:

1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Job Overview The Test Technician I is responsible for instrument assembly, system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. This role involves analyzing test data, identifying issues, and ensuring instruments meet performance and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, integration, and testing of instruments

Execute functional and release testing on moderately complex systems

Analyze test data to determine pass/fail results

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and basic software issues

Identify defects and recommend process or design improvements

Optimize system performance based on testing outcomes

Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications

Train and support team members on testing and assembly processes

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Planning teams

Follow GMP, safety, and quality standards

Perform material handling and production support tasks

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen)

Work overtime as needed Required Qualifications Education & Experience Associate degree in Mechatronics or related field

OR

5 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting Technical Skills Experience with instrument testing and troubleshooting

Knowledge of mechanical tools (torque drivers, gauges, etc.)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Understanding of GMP and quality procedures

Basic computer skills (Windows environment)
