Systems Verification Technician

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Systems Verification Technician to be responsible for programming, testing, and assembling FPGA-based electronic circuit boards used in high-performance products. This role supports manufacturing operations by executing established procedures to load software onto boards, perform Manufacturer Acceptance Testing (MFAT), verify functionality, and complete mechanical sub-assembly tasks. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to follow repeatable processes, and comfort working within a Linux-based environment.

60-90k, depends on experience Key Responsibilities Program FPGA-based circuit boards using established software loads and procedures. Execute Manufacturer Acceptance Testing (MFAT) to verify board functionality and performance. Load test images and final production images onto electronic boards. Operate test stands and test fixtures to evaluate board performance. Process batches of electronic cards through programming, testing, and assembly workflows. Follow step-by-step work instructions and documented manufacturing procedures. Navigate Linux-based systems and execute command-line prompts to initiate programming and testing processes. Verify that programming and testing activities are completed accurately and in accordance with quality standards. Document test results, production status, and any issues identified during the manufacturing process. Perform mechanical sub-assembly of tested circuit boards into final product assemblies. Required Qualifications Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics, manufacturing, engineering technology, or a related field. BS in Computer Science would also be acceptable. Experience working with electronic assemblies, circuit boards, or manufacturing test equipment. Basic experience using Linux operating systems and running command-line prompts or scripts. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently. Ability to follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
