Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Mid-level proficiency testing and troubleshooting Electronics Familiar with PCBA programming. Assemble and set up equipment to functionally test and debug printed circuit assemblies Perform functional checks and assist in installing electronic assemblies and circuits such as communications circuits for electronic systems, fixtures and accessories. Records production test data and consistently maintains acceptable levels of production according to established standards Troubleshooting and repair assemblies or circuit boards of electronic systems, electro-mechanical equipment, computer-controlled systems using bills of materials, schematics, component specifications, or other means. Monitor control systems and assist in support of electro-mechanical assembly. Operate meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, RF power meters and other test equipment, as needed Operate support equipment necessary for performance and functional testing. Perform mechanical operations necessary for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, dismantling and disassembly directly related to the above systems. Refers to process documentation (test instructions, drawings, schematics, travelers, BOM's, and specifications) to perform tasks. Shows commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction through dedicating skills to achieve zero defect status
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3 - 5 yrs. experience testing and troubleshooting electronics 2+ years in a Test Lab and/or a manufacturing environment preferred Thorough understanding of electrical/electronic technology. Able to read and understand engineering documentation (blueprints, wire schematics, drawings, component specifications and ECN's). Able to set-up and use electronic test equipment. Strong verbal and written English language skills, (Witness Testing). Strong computer skills (use of Excel, Word, HyperTerminal and other Programs). High degree of problem solving and troubleshooting Computer skills - Microsoft outlook, excel, word, power point,
SAP Working Hours:
Normal work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7am until 5:30pm with lunch and breaks. Some overtime may be required as needed.

$20.00 per hour
