We are seeking a skilled, motivated Component Test Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate specialized testing equipment, including Dielectric Withstand Voltage (DWV/Hi-Pot), Insulation Resistance (I.R.), Capacitance Measurement, and Corona (Partial Discharge) systems. Assist with core supporting operations across the Testing Department to maintain efficient workflow. Communicate technical issues to the Testing Lead in a clear, professional, and organized manner. Support ongoing improvements in Safety, Quality, and Production performance. Maintain process control, efficiency, and safety by monitoring operating variables and analyzing sample test results. Expand technical knowledge of process equipment and proactively recommend process and workflow enhancements. Qualifications High School Diploma. Basic Math problem solving and creative thinking skills. Professional Verbal and Written communication skills. Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
