Test Cell Technician
Job Description

Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, repair, and testing of Rolls Royce Tay, PW V2500 and
CFM56-5B/7B
engines Perform safe operation of the engine under test Perform removal and installation of engines on the test cell Ensure accurate data recording of engine test parameters Calibrate test cell measurement equipment Post processing of test data Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required duties Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments Complete routine maintenance of the test cell (oil changes, fuel fill, etc.) Calibrate test cell measurement equipment Post processing of test data
• Perform other duties as assigned by Production Manager Requirements If you want to be the next Test Cell Technician , you must fulfill the following requirements: High school diploma/GED required 2 years of jet engine maintenance experience or related maintenance fields Fluency in English language required Basic knowledge in MS Office Excellent analytical skills Excellent cost consciousness Excellent detail oriented Excellent communication skills Excellent problem solving Excellent quality consciousness Excellent productivity driven Excellent reasoning ability Excellent safety and security Willingness to travel Must possess a valid driver's license Manage constant time pressure Manage high stress levels Lift up to 70 lbs Outdoor weather conditions Noise pollution Must be willing to work overtime and night shift work required Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
