Job Summary:

We are representing a highly technical opportunity for a professional who can support end-to-end roadway permitting, access approvals, and compliance tracking for fast-paced power innovation projects. Our focus is to connect the right candidate with a role that helps align engineering, environmental, construction, legal, agencies, and railroad stakeholders to keep work moving safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute roadway and railroad permitting strategies that align schedule, constructability, and compliance needs. Coordinate with engineering project managers, environmental permit managers, and consultants to identify safe public road crossings, driveway entrances, and access points. Plan contractor haul routes and access logistics while accounting for weight-restricted roads, bridges, and local roadway constraints. Interface with local and state agencies and railroad representatives to support traffic engineering, public safety, roadway conditions, and permit closeout. Manage railroad and roadway permitting processes for Williams projects. Obtain and coordinate permits and access requirements related to railroad and roadway crossings. Maintain traffic restrictions and bridge restrictions throughout project execution. Support Project Managers on ongoing construction projects. Assist with construction project closeouts and related permitting activities. Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure permits and access requirements are completed on schedule. Support project sites as needed with minimal travel.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related engineering discipline . Minimum 5 years of professional experience . Hands-on experience specifically with railroad and roadway permitting is required. Strong coordination, communication, and project support skills.
