Lake Forest, CA - 100% onsite, 5 days/week

Contract:

6 months to 1 year contract with extension/conversion potential Seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer to support R&D and NPI through reliability, quality, and validation testing. Develop and execute reliability testing, including HALT, ALT, environmental, life, transportation, PCBA stress screening, and V&V. Review designs and test plans for reliability, quality, and compliance. Develop automated testing using LabVIEW, Python, and/or R . Perform statistical analysis, reliability assessments, and design reviews. Support validation, technical documentation, and resolution of design/manufacturing issues.

Requirements:

BS Engineering with 4+ years experience or MS with 2+ years. 4+ years R&D experience focused on reliability/quality engineering. Experience with reliability engineering, test automation, and statistical methods. Familiarity with GMP/QSR , lab testing, and equipment validation. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or optical design. Strong technical writing and communication skills. This job description is a complete list of all desired skills but not all are required.
