Job Purpose Ensure products and processes meet quality and regulatory requirements by developing, optimizing, and maintaining quality procedures. Identify and resolve assembly-related issues, implement process improvements, and provide customer support. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures (QMS, WI, SOPs, etc.) Investigate, document, and resolve production or customer issues (CARs, NCRs, RMAs, etc.) Design and implement continuous improvement projects to improve capability and performance Host customers and audits Review customer requirements via contract review with an emphasis on space addendum Lead root cause investigations for systemic production or quality issues and implement sustainable corrective actions (CAPAs) Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IPC, ISO, and AS Requirements 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically
