Quality Engineer Job Description:

PrideStaff is working with a local electronics manufacturing company seeking a high-caliber Quality Engineer to join a rapidly growing team. The Quality Engineer position is for someone who wants to move beyond routine compliance and actively shape the processes that ensure our products meet the highest industry standards. The Quality Engineer bridges technical excellence and operational success, ensuring the company's output consistently meets rigorous specifications. Quality Engineer Job Responsibilities:

Develop & Maintain QMS, WI & SOP's to Keep Operations running at Peak Efficiency Lead Systemic Root Cause Investigations (CAPA's) & Implement Sustainable Corrective Actions to resolve Production & Customer Issues Ensure Full Compliance with Industry Standards (IPC, ISO, AS) & Review Customer Requirements with a Keen Focus on the
