12-Month Contract Onsite Role Overview We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the development of complex products and integrated systems throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements management, system integration, verification & validation (V&V), risk management, and cross-functional engineering collaboration. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and maintain system requirements and traceability. Support system integration activities and resolve system-level issues. Plan and execute verification & validation (V&V) activities. Conduct risk assessments, FMEA, hazard analysis, and mitigation planning. Collaborate with software, electrical, mechanical, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory teams. Participate in design reviews and technical problem-solving efforts. Support reliability engineering and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive project activities from concept through launch and sustaining. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field. 3+ years of Systems Engineering or product development experience. Experience with requirements management and traceability. Knowledge of system integration, V&V, and risk management practices. Experience conducting FMEA and hazard analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Medical Devices or other regulated industries. Experience with software-enabled or connected products. Familiarity with DOORS, Jama, Polarion, or similar requirements tools. Knowledge of Reliability Engineering, DFSS, or statistical analysis methods. Experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
