We are seeking a PDE Qualification Execution Engineer with hands-on experience in semiconductor package qualification and reliability testing. The ideal candidate will support qualification execution, ATE testing, failure analysis, and reliability programs.

Key Skills:

3+ years of semiconductor/package qualification experience Strong knowledge of PKG Qualification, ATE, FA, 93K, and HTOL Experience executing qualification plans and analyzing test results Familiarity with semiconductor reliability and failure analysis processes Strong problem-solving and documentation skills 2)

Job Summary:

ATE 93K Maintenance & Calibration Technician with hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating Automated Test Equipment (ATE). The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure test systems operate with maximum accuracy and reliability.
