Position Summary Quality Engineering role provides an opportunity to become integrated into a manufacturing engineering environment by supporting quality and process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities are generally focused in scope, with work performed under the guidance and review of experienced engineering professionals. Key Responsibilities Support the analysis of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems to identify opportunities for quality and process improvements. Assist in developing and conducting feasibility studies and validation activities for proposed engineering solutions. Support the creation, revision, and evaluation of engineering standards, specifications, and quality documentation. Perform inspections and quality assessments of products, processes, equipment, or installations under the direction of senior engineers. Help identify non-conformances and support corrective actions to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate activities with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers while serving as a point of contact as needed. Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using established change management practices. Assist with maintaining and utilizing knowledge management and documentation systems. Support product development, process validation, and engineering projects by analyzing requirements and providing technical input. Contribute to project execution activities while following established project plans, schedules, and objectives.
