They are well-known for creative design and superior product quality - as such, they're trusted by some of the most exciting brands worldwide! Because of exciting growth, they are hiring for an experienced Quality Engineer at their local headquarters. Job Description Support the development and implementation of quality control systems, inspection methods, and validation processes. Conduct product and process inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards. Lead and support First Article Inspections (FAI), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) activities, and validation efforts. Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve product quality and operational performance. Investigate quality issues and nonconformances using structured root cause analysis methods. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurring issues. Utilize quality metrics and data to monitor performance and drive improvements. Support risk assessment activities including FMEA and other quality planning tools. Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain high quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. Help create and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, inspection records, and quality reports. Work with suppliers and internal teams to address quality concerns and improve overall manufacturing performance. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or another STEM-related field preferred. ASQ Certification or equivalent quality experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 3+ years of experience in a Quality Engineering or related manufacturing quality role. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Experience using precision measurement equipment such as calipers, micrometers, vision systems, and CMMs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a structured approach to identifying and resolving quality concerns. What's on Offer Base salary $80,000 - $95,000 depending on experience Annual bonus target - 7% target 18 days paid time off + paid holidays 2:30pm exit every Friday! 401k with 3% match Tuition reimbursement opportunities
