Job Summary
Rattaché à la direction Qualité du site, vous aurez pour principales missions:
Mission 1 : Afin de mettre en place les procédures d&39;accueil des nouveaux arrivants ainsi que les plans de formation pour chaque fonction, notre société souhaite mettre en place les process et instructions nécessaires:
- contribuer à la mise à jour du processus jusqu&39;à son référencement
- contribuer au déploiement (formations, cas pilotes, mesure d&39;efficacité)
- Identifier les pistes d'amélioration continue
Mission 2 : Afin de répondre aux enjeux de traçabilité et de réactivité, notre société souhaite déployer un processus dématérialisé de l'archivage (stockage, recherche et mise à disposition) - analyse de l'existant

- Etablissement d'un cahier des charges pour consultation avec les achats
- contribuer à la sélection de la solution avec les interlocuteurs métiers concernés (achats, logistique, qualité...)
- Déploiement (planification, mise en œuvre, retour d'expérience)
