Beltsville, Maryland job type: Contract salary: $50.98 - 71.30 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the Quality Systems team while setting clear goals aligned with Our Client's overall quality objectives.

Manage and prioritize supplier quality, quality calibration, audits, and special processes to focus on compliance, cost, and delivery.

Act as the primary contact for Quality Leading Indicators (QLI) and implement business systems to improve quality management effectiveness.

Ensure organizational readiness for customer and third-party assessments, hosting auditors and reviewing updated compliance requirements.

Communicate quality issues to front-line leaders and site personnel to facilitate root cause analysis and establish sustainable corrective actions.
