$38.00 per hour 26-09255 Job summary The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving data solutions that support operational decision-making within the plant. This role involves building and managing datasets, creating Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying opportunities to improve business processes through data analysis and visualization. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations for plant leadership and operational teams. Build, manage, and maintain datasets from multiple data sources, including multiple ERP systems, to support reporting and data-driven initiatives. Collaborate with plant management and department leaders to understand reporting requirements and business needs. Create automated reporting solutions that reduce manual reporting efforts. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms. Document reporting processes, data definitions, and dashboard functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and reporting issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience with Power BI development and administration. Minimum 1 year of experience building data models, datasets, and automated reports. Preferred Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience performing data analysis in a manufacturing setting. Position Criteria Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and DAX. Proficiency working with SQL databases and writing queries. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis techniques. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
