As a US-Lead Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting manufacturing and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

$67 What's the Job? Ensure the quality of products through development and enforcement of Quality Systems and manufacturing processes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate operational performance. Develop and mentor team members on quality systems, audits, and process improvements. Coordinate supplier quality activities and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Act as the primary contact for Quality Leading Indicators (QLI) and host customer and third-party audits as needed. What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years experience in aerospace manufacturing or quality environment. Experience managing quality systems and conducting audits. Knowledge of quality standards such as

AS9100, ISO 9001, TS16949.
