Job Description

Experienced Quality Systems Manager responsible for leading quality systems, supplier quality, calibration, audits, special processes, corrective actions, and continuous improvement within an aerospace manufacturing environment. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum 7 years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing or quality environment. Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS). Experience with supplier quality oversight and supplier QMS activities. Experience with quality calibration programs. Experience with internal, customer, and third-party quality audits. Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Experience reviewing and implementing customer quality requirements. Preferred Skills Graduate degree from an accredited institution. 7 years of experience in an aerospace quality manufacturing role. 4+ years of people management experience. 7 years of experience working in a quality systems function. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with Quality Leading Indicators (QLI). Experience with special process quality oversight. Experience with customer quality portals and assessment requirements. Experience deploying continuous improvement and Quality Management System tools. Job Responsibilities Lead Quality Leading Indicator (QLI) execution and implement corrective actions required to support program objectives. Coordinate and prioritize supplier quality, calibration, audit, and special process activities. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across quality operations. Establish and manage goals for Quality Systems functions aligned with manufacturing and quality objectives. Identify quality system deficiencies and support root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions. Implement Quality Management System tools and processes to improve system effectiveness. Maintain organizational readiness for customer and third-party quality assessments. Host and support customer and third-party quality audits. Coordinate supplier quality activities across internal operations and external suppliers. Monitor customer portal notifications and ensure required quality actions are completed. Review updates to customer quality requirements and ensure continued compliance. Develop tracking, evaluation, and structured corrective action processes for quality performance. Maintain quality system tools, reporting methods, inspection equipment processes, and supplier quality procedures.
Pay:
