Job Description

Experienced Engineers' for autonomous vehicle development, testing, validation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational readiness. Technical issues arising during vehicle build, validation, field testing, and related operational activities, with the goal of supporting safe and efficient test execution. The candidate must possess demonstrable knowledge, technical skills and expertise in at least two of the following five areas: Vehicle Troubleshooting and Support
  • Troubleshoot vehicle-level issues encountered during development, validation, and field testing.
  • Investigate system faults affecting vehicle readiness or test execution.
  • Support structured root cause analysis and issue escalation.
  • Recommend corrective actions and support verification of completed repairs or updates.
  • Document findings, actions taken, open risks, and next steps. 2. Software and Systems Support
  • Support validation of software and system functionality.
  • Verify software and electronic control unit configurations against approved vehicle build information.
  • Use TNA-provided proprietary software, diagnostic applications, engineering tools, data acquisition systems, and validation platforms.
  • Collect, analyze, and document system data as required.
  • Support software issue investigation, reproduction, and verification activities. 3. Vehicle Data Collection and Analysis
  • Capture and review diagnostic data, event logs, traces, and test information.
  • Support data collection during vehicle operation and testing .
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle concerns, abnormalities, and corrective actions.
  • Store and transfer collected information through TNA-approved repositories and collaboration systems. 4. Build and Validation Support
  • Support vehicle build, retrofit, integration, repair, and maintenance activities .
  • Verify installed h ardware and software align with approved vehicle configuration requirements.
  • Support test readiness reviews, validation events, and post-test issue resolution.
  • Assist engineering teams with vehicle preparation and return-to-test activities. 5. Operational Support
  • Participate in operational, engineering, planning, and status meetings as requested.
  • Provide status reporting regarding vehicle health, technical issues, corrective actions, risks, and constraints.
  • Support engineering teams during test events and other authorized program activities.
