Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will champion quality systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help maintain the highest standards of product quality, safety, and regulatory adherence, fostering a culture of excellence and precision throughout our operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence quality assurance processes and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems aligned with IISO 9001 and other relevant standards. Conduct comprehensive quality audits across manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Perform detailed quality inspections and control checks at various stages of production to verify product integrity and adherence to specifications. Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to mitigate recurrence. Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to establish quality control procedures, monitor process performance, and optimize workflows. Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, including inspection reports, audit findings, and compliance records. Support project management efforts by coordinating quality-related tasks within product development cycles and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. Qualifications Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical devices or regulated industries. Strong knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards. Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing QA/QC procedures. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions. Familiarity with quality systems management software and project management tools. Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
