Job Description Job Description We need a Process/Manufacturing engineer/or a Supplier Quality Engineer- Thermoforming (Vacuum Forming) Expert and JD given below.

Taylor, Michigan, USA Duration:
1-3 months. May extend depending upon the quality issues. Automotive Interior and exterior parts experience. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in thermoforming/vacuum forming is required. Assess the existing thermoforming/vacuum forming process, Experience in tool try outs and problem-solving quality issues. Understand the inspection methods and parts qualifications. Identify root causes of quality issues such as thin spots, warping, poor surface finish, and dimensional variation. Optimize key process parameters, including sheet heating profile, vacuum pressure and timing, mold temperature, and cycle time.
