Description du poste HIL & Test Property Management Configure, maintain, and support HIL, VHIL, and Plywood Buck test environments. Prepare test properties for validation loops and project milestones. Ensure test benches are updated with the latest hardware and software releases. Maintain ECU inventory, software versions, and configuration records. Verify readiness of test properties before validation execution. Coordinate bench setup and commissioning activities with validation teams. Software & Hardware Updates Perform ECU flashing and software updates using approved engineering tools. Verify software compatibility and system integrity after updates. Support configuration management and change implementation activities. Maintain software release tracking and update documentation. Validation Support Support execution of electrical and network validation activities. Assist engineers in bench-level debugging and troubleshooting. Verify CAN, LIN, CAN-FD, and/or Ethernet network communications. Collect and analyze diagnostic logs from validation activities. Support ignition-off draw (IOD), system functionality, and regulatory testing activities. Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis Investigate HIL bench issues and identify hardware, software, or configuration problems. Analyze CANoe/CANalyzer traces and diagnostic logs. Support root cause analysis activities for validation failures. Work with design, validation, software, and supplier teams to resolve issues. Document findings and corrective actions.
