HIRING IMMEDIATELY
  • AEROSPACE
AND DEFENSE MANUFACTURING
Hours are Monday
  • Friday 8:00am
  • 4:30pm
PAY RATE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF QUALITY ENGINEERING
Quality Engineer must possess the ability to perform the following :
  • Posses knowledge of aerospace and defense manufacturing.
  • Able to work well with all facets of the operation including: manufacturing, engineering and the customer as needed.
  • Prepare quality documents for manufacturing per customer specifications and requirements.
  • Developing Quality plans including: bubbled drawings, AS9102 forms, First Article, Final Inspection reports.
  • Work on multiple, unique assignments simultaneously with strong organizational, analytical skills.
  • Assists with quality assurance plans by identifying critical control points and preventative measures, establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Determine correct inspection method and measuring equipment to be used per part requirement.
  • Interpret travelers, engineering specs, drawings, blueprints and a working knowledge of GD&T.
  • Possess an understanding of
ISO 9001
2000, AS9100 requirements.
  • Use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Mini-tab, SPC Software (such as QC Calc), Foxit or Adobe PDF, and Inspection Expert software.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
  • Review data from completed jobs to make the determination if current quality processes are successful.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that can be used for training.
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting and analyzing data and trends on failed processes, stability studies, product life cycles and corrective and preventive actions.
  • Comprehends material(s), and process specifications.
  • Comprehends customer P.O. requirements, review, identify and apply to manufacturing processes.
  • Keep supervisor informed as needed and required.
  • Understand and adhere to Alliance Machine's Core Values.
  • Keeps assigned work area clean and organized to company standards.
  • Does work as apparent or assigned.
