Complaints Engineer Location:

Arden Hills. MN We are looking for professionals to join our team supporting Interventional Cardiology (IC) medical devices and post-market quality activities. Complaints Engineer - QE / Complaints / CAPA /

Post Market Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze post-market surveillance data, complaints, and adverse events
  • Lead root cause investigations and document findings in the quality system
  • Own NCEP and CAPA activities
  • Present product performance insights to leadership and design teams
  • Mentor product investigators
  • Support investigations using tools such as X-Ray, FTIR, and SEM
  • Drive continuous improvement across Post Market teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical/scientific field
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, QSR, and MDR preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills
