Hours:

6:00 am

• 3:30 pm, Monday
• Thursday & 6:00 am

  Program Zeiss CMM machines using Calypso software for precision part inspections
  Conduct PPAP, Gage R&R, and Capability Studies to support Quality Management System compliance
  Oversee First Article inspections, nonconformity reports, and tool calibration programs
  Serve as the customer advocate for QA issues and conduct occasional supplier audits
  Requirements of the quality engineer:
  Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience programming Zeiss CMM with Calypso software
  Strong practical understanding of PPAP, Gage R&R, Capability Studies, and ISO standards
  High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  Willingness for minimal local travel to vendor sites as needed Additional information:
