Full-Time, Direct HireMust Have ExperienceAutomotive industry experienceNew program launch experienceStrong GD&T knowledgeCore Tools expertise (large emphasis): MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPCAbility to perform root cause analysis and SPC data analysisKey ResponsibilitiesLead and support APQP activities for assigned programs; ensure all documentation is current and accurate.

Coordinate and manage PPAP submissions within required timelines.

Conduct capability studies and gauge R&R analysis.

Create and maintain quality documents in accordance with company quality system requirements.

Review and recommend disposition for non-conforming products.

Assist with process improvement, variability reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Communicate potential issues to internal and external customers and provide recommended resolutions.

Participate in resolving project issues, including design conflicts and material suitability concerns.

Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure timely completion.

Identify and record product, process, or system-related problems; initiate corrective actions and stop production when necessary.

Control processing and delivery of non-conforming product until resolved.

Maintain clean, organized work areas and promote continuous improvement.

Required QualificationsDegree or diploma from a college, university, or technical institute, or a minimum of 3 years of related experience.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).Advanced computer proficiency (Windows-based software).Solid understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading based on OEM standards.

Excellent organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with
ISO 9001, IATF
16949, and
ISO 14001
standards (asset).Automotive experience required.

New program launch experience required.
