Core Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering 10+ years of progressive technical or quality management experience within metals manufacturing
Preferred Requirements:
Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science; advanced degree preferred Experience with nickel-based alloys, superalloys, melting, or metals conversion processes The successful candidate will provide enterprise-level leadership across Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Engineering, and laboratory functions supporting multiple manufacturing operations. This leader will be responsible for strengthening quality systems, advancing process capability, and establishing the technical standards necessary to consistently deliver demanding product requirements.
Responsibilities:
Establish the quality and technical direction for multiple manufacturing operations, aligning process engineering and quality resources around key business priorities Strengthen process capability by introducing tighter controls, statistical methods, and technical improvements that increase yield while reducing scrap and manufacturing cost Maintain an effective Quality Management System encompassing audits, corrective actions, specifications, certifications, contract requirements, and applicable inspection processes Provide technical oversight of critical manufacturing processes, raw materials, process changes, and complex product or customer issues Partner with Operations and commercial teams to evaluate requirements, resolve technical challenges, and support customer commitments CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
