Responsibilities:
Familiar with Product and process audits, internal audits, implement corrective actions, and maintain the quality standards. Participate in APQP with project team members. Develop and implement control plans and inspection methods of manufactured parts and assemblies. Assess process quality checks for over or under inspection. Assist production through training and demonstration of applicable quality procedures, while representing the customer viewpoint. Facilitate problem solving in a manufacturing environment. Initiate corrective actions in a team environment. Interface with customers solving quality issues and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Consult with Engineering and Manufacturing personnel on measurement techniques. Conduct process and product audits and report to the Quality Manager problems and possible solutions. Qualifications:
