Your responsibilities Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards through documentation control, process audits, and CAPA. Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Telecom quality metrics. Administer the Quality Review Board (QRB) process for design changes, ensuring reliable product evaluation. Define and enforce ESD and Cleanroom protocols, overseeing compliance and testing programs. Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for supply chain and operational disruptions. Deliver training programs for operators and technicians on quality standards and manufacturing protocols. Coordinate customer audits, preparing documentation and addressing findings from Telecom and semiconductor clients. Respond to quality-related inquiries and maintain traceability and documentation for product changes. Your skills and experience
Must-Have:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or Telecom hardware production Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards Experience with engineering change control processes Proven analytical and organizational skills
Nice-To-Have:
Familiarity with additional standards (e.g., ANSI 20.20) Experience in telecom packaging processes Knowledge of ESD and Cleanroom protocols Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset At Nokia, we want every candidate to be able to perform their best.
