Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our manufacturing processes. Duties include Identify, develop and implement programs to reduce unscheduled outages and improve OEE- Availability. Apply formal methods to predict equipment failures and develop and implement projects to prevent failures Maintain documented information of plant assets including projects, drawings, and diagrams. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills and Abilities Knowledge and application of equipment failure prediction methods - FMEA, Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree Analysis Knowledge in the development and implementation of reliability programs including vibration monitoring and analysis, non-destructive testing, ultrasonic and infrared thermography inspections, oil analysis, and motor circuit analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Education and Experience Engineering degree in mechanical or reliability engineering. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing/industrial environment. Basic drafting experience preferred - AutoCAD a plus. Certification in Reliability from the American Society for Quality, The Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals The Association of Asset Management Professionals a plus. Incentives Remote work up to 20% possible.

$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
