2016 and relevant regulations. Lead investigations of production issues with QC Technicians; confirm containment, root cause, and effective CAPA. Drive nonconformance (NCR) and CAPA activities to verified closure and sustained effectiveness. Act as the primary Quality liaison to customers, ensuring their specific requirements are understood and met. Participate in internal and external audits; prepare, present, and respond to findings. Train quality and production personnel on product requirements and standards. Support APQP for launches, including PPAP development, submission, and safe launch execution. What you'll need to succeed 4+ years of product quality experience with direct QMS compliance responsibility. Demonstrated expertise in APQP, Core Tools, and PPAP creation. Strong command of inspection methods and measurement tools. Exposure to blow molding, injection molding, and assembly processes (a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Analytical and computational strength; adept with problem-solving methodologies. Clear and persuasive communicator, written and verbal. Innovative thinker with sound decision-making.
