You'll:
Lead RCA (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA) on equipment/process failures and drive corrective actions Design equipment modifications, guards, and fabrication drawings in AutoCAD/Inventor Troubleshoot conveyors, ovens, pumps, and continuous process equipment Own capital projects from scope through commissioning You need: BS in Mechanical Engineering (or related) 5-10 years in manufacturing/industrial, ideally continuous process (coating, laminating, metal processing) Strong RCA/reliability track record; AutoCAD required, Inventor preferred Willingness to support occasional on-call and rotational weekend coverage Lean/Six Sigma certification and predictive maintenance experience (vibration analysis, thermography) a plus.Pay:
