Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, diagnosing, managing, and prescribing therapies per guidelines, and performing pain procedures like injections. Additional duties include patient education, thorough documentation, ensuring licensing and compliance, and addressing patient questions. Travel between two VA locations (Suffolk and Chesapeake) is required, along with relocation to Chesapeake before starting.
