4/10s: Employees work 10 hour days, 4 days a week L3Harris is seeking a new graduate to support quality initiatives by helping develop and maintain processes that ensure products and materials meet required standards and customer expectations. In this role, the individual will work with cross-functional teams and customers to review quality performance, address issues, and support improvement efforts across operations. The position also offers experience in investigating nonconformances, contributing to corrective actions, and assisting with quality documentation and customer communications.

Essential Functions:

Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control statistics and analyses Collaborate with both internal (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) as well as external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and are being properly executed Determine root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications and implement effective corrective action as needed Write inspection procedures and assist in reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections and obtaining proper product dispositions Analyze quality performance for factory and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas Serve as primary customer Quality interface which may include having to conduct customer business briefings

Qualifications:

To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace engineering or related field or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Virginia and Vermont is $56,000 - $104,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
