IBP Solutions US, LLC seeks Quality Manager in Marshfield, WI to: Review customer requirements and make sure they are met. Facilitate Review, disposition and address customer claims, including customer-facing communications. Mentor direct reports as well as other leaders in use of problem solving and improvement tools (RCA, Kaizen, A3, LPA). Plan and lead routine quality inspections and assessments to maintain ongoing compliance, including implementing new procedures and controls as needed; provide assistance for external audits. Help the production team in resolving daily quality issues. Conduct QRB meetings to discuss quality trend/metrics and take actions to improve quality. Work with suppliers to address supplier quality issues and actions to improve supplier quality Inspections drive continuous improvement in waste reduction and efficiency improvements by facilitating cross-functional specific issues and trend data, reviewing discussions, and providing suggestions and support for improvements. Inspections drive improvement through direct project ownership, defining and refining procedures in conjunction with operating staff, and managing the document control process. Quality inspections aid in monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. Provide Change Management support for process and product testing and changes.
