Apply advanced engineering and systems knowledge to support the development of complex automotive systems across multiple technical domains. Lead the definition, analysis, documentation, and validation of system level and software requirements, ensuring technical accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with overall vehicle architecture and business objectives. Manage requirements development activities across multiple automotive domains, including coordinating requirement decomposition and alignment across subsystems. Ensure all requirements are clear, complete, testable, traceable, and compliant with internal engineering standards and project goals. Collaborate closely with system engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, and validation teams throughout the full product development lifecycle. Perform requirement impact analysis and support change management processes to assess and control the technical implications of evolving system requirements. Establish and maintain end to end traceability between stakeholder needs, system requirements, software requirements, and verification artifacts. Drive best practices in requirements engineering by providing technical guidance and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives. Interface with internal stakeholders to clarify technical expectations, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and support engineering decision making. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients.
