Job Description
Description Make a difference for national security by joining a team of dedicated professionals who assist the Space Development Agency in developing and deploying the next generation of satellites and ground systems for missile warning (MW), missile tracking (MT) and missile defense (MD). SAIC is seeking an experienced Mission Engineer to support the Space Development Agency (SDA) Tranche 3 Program Integration (T3PI) program. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance. Desired location is in Chantilly, VA, El Segundo, CA, or the Colorado Springs, CO area(s). Our T3PI team has a need for a tracking Mission Engineer with experience analyzing space and ground system architectures through mission thread development and simulation. We are looking for innovative, creative, and highly motivated individuals to mature models and build scenarios (GRMs and DRMs) that effectively capture system of systems effects in complex operational environments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing Requirements Verification Trace Matrix (RVTM) for the Enterprise Requirements Document (ERD) Plan data aggregation from component programs, SDA and T3PI analysis to show compliance with the ERD Reviewing government scenarios from PWSA enterprise and prior tranches to ensure that T3 scenarios are consistent Developing and briefing data packages that provide analysis results to inform the government decision-makers Collaborating with prime contractors, other team contractors, government civilians, FFRDC, SETA and members of the
