Performance Objectives Develop comprehensive design plans for potable water supply and distribution systems that enhance efficiency and reliability. Lead evaluation and optimization of existing wastewater collection and treatment facilities to improve operational performance. Conduct hydrological analyses and apply findings to mitigate flood risks, enhancing community resilience to adverse weather events. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, maintaining robust communication with clients. Implement advanced water treatment technologies to address evolving regulatory and environmental quality standards. Draft and present detailed engineering reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making. Initiate and oversee cost-effective solutions for energy optimization across varied municipal engineering projects. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, with a strong focus on water resources. Professional Engineer (PE) license in one or more relevant states or ability to obtain within a year. Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in water systems design and management.
