Entry-Level Enrollment Associate:

Assist customers with Verizon product and service enrollment while providing accurate information and support Educate customers on Verizon promotions, devices, and wireless plans to ensure successful enrollment experiences Build positive customer relationships through face-to-face customer engagement and communication Support daily enrollment efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending Verizon solutions Work alongside the sales team to improve enrollment strategies, customer satisfaction, and overall performance Maintain detailed enrollment records and customer interactions with professionalism and accuracy Help customers resolve questions or concerns regarding Verizon services and enrollment options Stay up to date on Verizon products, enrollment promotions, and customer service standards Qualifications for the

EntryLevel Enrollment Associate:

Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships daily Previous experience in customer service, enrollment, retail, or sales is a plus but not required Goal-oriented mindset with an interest in career growth Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed

Pay:

$3,900.00 - $4,200.00 per month
