Pay:

$18

• 20 (Based on Experience)
• PLUS $2/hr shift premium when hired on
• PLUS opportunity for base increase when hired on, 60 days after hire on and 6 months after hire on (potential for 3 base increases in the first year!

Mon-Fri 1:30pm-10pm

Responsibilities Unload parts, grind and finish metal parts, and sort/order quantities accurately. Use hand tooling for tasks based on setup documents or supervisor/lead guidance. Prepare parts for coating by taping, masking and hanging them properly on the conveyor. Assist with assembly and racking as needed. Perform work to time standards, ensuring quality and resolving basic manufacturing issues. Document time and production data, report material, production, and quality control issues. Maintain equipment performance logs, assist with preventative maintenance, and ensure safetypliance. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical tasks, and work safely with hand tools and metal materials. Excellentmunication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently while adapting to change.

Pay Details:
