Pay:

$18 to $28+ (BOE)•$2/hr shift premium when hired on •Potential for base increase when hired on, 60 days after hire on and 6 months after hire on (3 increases within the first year!) 2nd

Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm• 3rd

Shift:

Responsibilities Read and interpret blues, sketches and specs to determine welding requirements. Inspect and measure workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using tools like gauges. Perform various welding techniques (MIG/TIG) in flat, vertical, or overhead positions and maintain a clean work area. Load and unload welded frames, managing accurate counts and labeling for customer specifications. Clamp, tack-weld, grind, and cleanponents to achieve required configurations and maintain quality standards. Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter, using hand scrapers or power chippers, portable grinders, or arc-cutting equipment.

Qualifications:

Successfulpletion of an internal welding test and previous knowledge of fixture setup parameters. Ability to read and interpret blues, welding symbols, and procedure manuals. Proficient in basic dimensional measuring andpetent in basic shop math. Basic understanding ofputer functions relevant to the job. Strong written and verbalmunication skills, with a demonstrated ability to multitask. Previous experience with overhead crane use is a plus; ability to work with various metal forming constraints with guidance. 1+ year of manual welding experience is

Pay Details:
