WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a client-facing sales role centered on building trust, evaluating needs, and helping property owners move forward with restoration solutions.

You will:

Connect with homeowners to identify roofing and restoration needs Perform property evaluations and guide customers through the insurance process Present customized solutions and manage projects from opportunity to agreement Work closely with experienced mentors to sharpen sales and communication skills Participate in ongoing training focused on relationship-building and closing strategy This role blends professional sales, client service, and personal growth.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Entry Level Production:

$750+ per week

Consistent Performers:

$1,000+ per week

Annual Earnings Potential:
