Job Description

NABRICO Marine Products is seeking an ERP Application Analyst to join our team during a critical phase of organizational build-out and transformation. This role will play a key part in the selection, implementation, and ongoing support of a new ERP system, helping to establish the foundation for scalable, efficient operations across our business. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape processes, influence system design, and partner across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and HR to ensure successful ERP deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is energized by systems. Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation & Deployment Support the selection, configuration, and implementation of NABRICO's new ERP system Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define business requirements and system capabilities Assist with data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT) Help develop and execute cutover and go-live plans Application Support & Administration Serve as a primary point of contact for ERP system support, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries Maintain system integrity, including user access, roles, and permissions Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed Process Development & Optimization Collaborate with business leaders to document, design, and improve business processes aligned with ERP capabilities Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, accuracy, and automation Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) Training & Change Management Assist in developing and delivering end-user training and documentation Support change management efforts to drive user adoption and engagement Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication Reporting & Data Support Support development of reports, dashboards, and data analytics within the ERP system Assist with data integrity initiatives and ongoing data governance practices Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3 to 5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, Epicor or similar) Experience participating in ERP implementations or major system upgrades Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or marine environments Familiarity with data migration, integration, and system testing Exposure to financial and operational workflows (inventory, production, procurement, etc.) Experience working in a private equity-backed, or high-growth environment Key Competencies Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity Strong attention to detail and process discipline Collaborative mindset with a focus on service Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving environment Continuous improvement orientation Why Join NABRICO Marine Products Opportunity to build and shape core business systems from day one High visibility role with direct impact on operational success Collaborative, hands-on environment where your contributions matter Be part of a team committed to integrity, execution, and winning together Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
