What You'll Do Oversee all branch operations, including sales, service, administration, and customer satisfaction

• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of pest and termite professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
• Implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and maximize branch profitability
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer retention
• Monitor branch performance, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and oversee financial reporting What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of experience in pest and termite control, with proven success in branch or operations management
• Valid pest control certifications/licenses as required by Tennessee state regulations
• Strong leadership and team development skills, with a passion for mentoring and motivating others
• Excellent business acumen, including budgeting, sales forecasting, and financial analysis
